He has been trained by manufacturers on how things are “Supposed” to be done, and are supported by the factory. His ASHI training and ongoing seminars continually add to his knowledge. Bob also prides his independence, getting most of his business from personal referrals and the WEB and not relying on Realtors for his business. (He sees that as a conflict of interest).
